Vasalgel, a non-hormonal male birth control, should be on the market by 2017 [via Daily Beast].

Developed by the Parsemus Foundation, the product works by injecting a polymer into the vas deferens, blocking sperm in pretty much the same way a vasectomy would.

Cameroonian Soldiers 'Kill 100 Boko Haram Members'

Cameroonian troops have reportedly dealt a big blow to the Boko Haram sect by killing 100 of its members

According to reports, the Cameroonian army has killed "over 100" Boko Haram fighters who were attempting to enter its territory.

A spokesperson for the country’s government, Issa Tchiroma Bakary reportedly said in a statement, read out on radio, that the army had dealt "a severe setback" to Boko Haram.
