Robbers snatch man’s car, throw away 3-month baby, rape wife to mercilessly

Tears flowed freely as people beheld the pathetic sight of a middle-aged nursing mother whose three-month old baby was thrown into the bush while an eight-man gang of devilish souls raped her to a point of uncon­sciousness right in the presence of her husband.
The woman (names with held) who had bruises all over her body especially in the waist region could barely stand unaided when she was sighted at the headquarters of the Kogi State Police Command.


Sunnews gathered that the suspects waylaid the couple on their way to the village, and dispossessed the husband and wife of their cash and valuables at gunpoint. Then they took them in the family car to a near­by

Police returns N15m to Sokoto robbery victim

The Sokoto state Police command has recovered and returned N15million which was stolen from an unidentified man by a 5-man armed robbery gang at the Ilela border market in Ilela LGA of Sokoto state on June 1st.

Parading the suspects with the money recovered at the Sokoto state Police command headquaters,  DCP Douglas Agbonleni who spoke on behalf of the Sokoto State Commissioner of Police, Gambo Lawal, gave an insight on how the robbers were able to dislodge their victim of the money and how they were subsequently caught.

Day-Old Baby Thrown Into A Pit Latrine By His Mother

Policemen from the Ogbor Hill Division rescued a day-old baby boy who was thrown into a pit latrine by his mother in Aba, Abia State.

The mother of the baby, Nwaizu, is suspected to be insane, while the father of the baby is yet to be identified.

It was gathered that the woman, who hails from Obingwa Local Government Area of the state, gave birth to the boy without any outside help. Afterwards, she left the covered baby inside the pit latrine.

Police arrest 21-year old Redeemer student for killing his father


The Ogun State Police Command has arrested 21-year old Tolani Ajayi (pictured above) a student of the Department of History and International Relations, Redeemer University, RCCG Camp Ogun State for killing his father on Tuesday July 3rd.

According to PM News, the shattered body of Barrister Charles Ajayi, 60, a  Senior Advocate of Nigeria, was recovered in a box at a nearby bush at Canaan-land Street at the Redeemed Christian Church of God Camp, Km 46 Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
